Core composition:  

Uv absorbent: enhance the ability to resist uv exposure outdoors.  

Titanium compound: increase color, prevent signs yellow discoloration.  

Stabilizer: improve heat resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, improve chroma and smoothness, reduce aging rate, enhance the overall weather resistance of the logo.  

Plasticizer: improve flexibility, enhance material surface reflective, self-cleaning. 

Hard polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) material has high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability, good water resistance, oil resistance and aging resistance, easy to fuse and bond.  Using UPVC material to extrude profile, not only can meet the requirements of mechanical properties, but also can improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, in line with the concept of green environmental protection.
